Does your city lend out humane traps? They look little enough still to be socialized (usually up to eight or ten weeks is easy. After that, progressively harder and scarier to deal with ferals.)

aw!! that is the cutest little face! hey- if you do capture them, there are 2 great no-kill shelters in chicago. one is p.a.w.s. www.pawschicago.org/ and the other is tree house www.treehouseanimals.org/. both will keep kitties forever no matter if they are never adopted. not that kittens won't get scooped up fast! these are the places we got our lovely kitties!
